Actually beer food pairing is so much easier compare to wine. Beer taste can be easily capture by the taste palate as the alcohol is not as high as wine. With a few sip you roughly can guess out the taste and pairing with food is simple. The hint of bitter in beer will always go nice with something sweet and salty, citrus aroma beer will go nicely with fried stuff. Of course dark beer will go well with roasted smell. It also depends on individual taste of what they want. Is very interesting for food pairing with beer.
